| 投到了一个国外SCIE期刊，现在第一次修改并上传上去了，但是紧接着收到他们的EMAIL，问我要出版授权书，需要我签完后马上邮寄给他。我看了下我的修改后的稿子还处在审稿状态啊。如果我把授权书邮件过去了，他又拒了我的稿子，那我就要损失100元左右的邮寄费用啊。现在我该怎么办？ |
