【求助】版权协议转让不知道怎么弄？？

文章接收了，今天收到信件要求什么Journal Publishing Agreement. 小弟是第一次弄，好多东西没看懂； 其中有个 Your Status Please select your status (additional options will appear) 我不知道选哪个哦？？ 请教一下。 （ps：有四个作者，我是第一作者，老板是通讯作者，都是国内的人） 1.
