【求助】lithium ion battery and lithium metal cell?

|
Lithium ion battery is a secondary, rechargable battery; lithium metal battery like coin cell, is a primary, disposable battery; then, here is my question? in research papers, people use Li metal foil as counter electrode, not commercial cathode like LiCoO2. if so, it should be lithium metal cell, why people still call it lithium ion battery （secondary battery ) : is it like half battery? |
