各位,3月7号前投IEEE Globecom，可能 有奖！ IEEE Globecom 3月15号截稿，跟据往年经验，可能会延期到 31号！ Dear friend, This message is for our student friends, please help to forward it to your student friends if you are not a student anymore. Many thanks! IEEE GLOBECOM 2010 promotes early-bird paper submissions through a new student award. We strongly encourage high-quality paper submissions from our student authors. We have therefore created the Early-Bird Student Award to recognize representatives of productive student authors who submit their papers early.
