I am writing to introduce the Biosciences (BIOSCI) to you. BIOSCI is a new journal launched by the Scientific Research Publishing from USA. With an open access publication model of this journal, all interested readers around the world can freely access articles online at http://www.scirp.org/journal/biosci without subscription. We are soliciting scholars to form the editorial board. If you are interested, please send your resume along with your areas of interest to biosci@scirp.org. 两学术期刊复制已发表过论文作为首期内容 同一家出版商旗下多种期刊列有未经本人同意的编委名单 [B]<总结： 出来混总是要还的>[/B] 据《自然》杂志报道，一家名为“科学研究出版”（Scientific Research Publishing）的机构近日发起两本新期刊——《现代物理学期刊》（Journal of Modern Physics）和《心理学》（Psychology）。但令人吃惊的是，网站上公布的这两本期刊的首期内容竟是拷贝自别的期刊。 《自然》调查发现，《现代物理学期刊》首期复制了英国《新物理学期刊》（New Journal of Physics）2000年发表过的论文。而《心理学》首期也包含了之前已在其他期刊发表过的论文。 “科学研究”（Scientific Research）网站的注册地是中国，据武汉大学周怀北（Huai-Bei Zhou）表示，他帮助“科学研究”运行学术期刊。他称该组织立足于美国，在中美两地运行，由一群朋友和同事建立，目的是促进学者间的交流，不过他拒绝透露这些人的名字，对于自己是否是其中之一也不置可否。但在一封电子邮件里，他称自己是“科学研究”的主席。 周怀北表示，这些“复制”论文是因张贴新期刊样刊而导致的错误，目前相关链接已经被删除。而且随着《自然》的调查，“科学研究”出版的其他期刊已经从编委会名单中删除一些科学家的名字，这些科学家表示他们之前并未同意担任编委。（科学网 梅进/编译） |
