苦参碱胰蛋白酶抑制活性﹥苦参素胰蛋白酶抑制活性﹥大豆苷胰蛋白酶抑制活性﹥染料木苷胰蛋白酶抑制活性。大豆苷和染料木苷的胰蛋白酶抑制活性很低。 苦参碱胰蛋白酶抑制活性较高，可达53.95%。当大分子胰蛋白酶与小分子苦参碱的摩尔比达到1: 2后，抑制率不再明显上升。这与苦参碱与胰蛋白酶的摩尔比达到2: 1时具有最大紫外吸收差谱，高于此摩尔比时，胰蛋白酶280 nm附近吸收峰的吸收值不再发生明显变化的实验现象基本一致。可能此时苦参碱与胰蛋白酶的相互作用已接近饱和，二级结构不再发生变化的推测得到进一步印证。 苦参素胰蛋白酶抑制活性较苦参碱低，当大分子胰蛋白酶与小分子苦参素的摩尔比达到1:5时，抑制率达45.39%。苦参素胰蛋白酶抑制率随浓度的增大而上升，胰蛋白酶与苦参素的摩尔比达从1:1到1:2时抑制率上升比较明显，摩尔比从1:2到1:5，抑制率变化比较平缓。 [ Last edited by laura-zz on 2010-2-10 at 21:20 ] |

| This experimental phenomena is basically the same when the molar ratio of matrine and trypsin is 2:1. At this ratio, the UV spectra difference is the largest. While, the trypsin absorption value around absorption peak near 280 nm has no obvious change with higher ratio. |
