苦参碱胰蛋白酶抑制活性﹥苦参素胰蛋白酶抑制活性﹥大豆苷胰蛋白酶抑制活性﹥染料木苷胰蛋白酶抑制活性。大豆苷和染料木苷的胰蛋白酶抑制活性很低。
    苦参碱胰蛋白酶抑制活性较高，可达53.95%。当大分子胰蛋白酶与小分子苦参碱的摩尔比达到1: 2后，抑制率不再明显上升。这与苦参碱与胰蛋白酶的摩尔比达到2: 1时具有最大紫外吸收差谱，高于此摩尔比时，胰蛋白酶280 nm附近吸收峰的吸收值不再发生明显变化的实验现象基本一致。可能此时苦参碱与胰蛋白酶的相互作用已接近饱和，二级结构不再发生变化的推测得到进一步印证。
    苦参素胰蛋白酶抑制活性较苦参碱低，当大分子胰蛋白酶与小分子苦参素的摩尔比达到1:5时，抑制率达45.39%。苦参素胰蛋白酶抑制率随浓度的增大而上升，胰蛋白酶与苦参素的摩尔比达从1:1到1:2时抑制率上升比较明显，摩尔比从1:2到1:5，抑制率变化比较平缓。

This matrine with trypsin molar ratio of 2: 1 with the largest UV difference spectra, above this molar ratio, trypsin absorption peak near 280 nm absorption value of no obvious change of the experimental phenomena are basically the same . May be at this time the interaction of matrine and trypsin is nearing saturation, no change in secondary structure has been further confirmed speculation.
Matrine trypsin inhibitory activity lower than matrine, when the trypsin-macromolecules and small molecules Oxymatrine molar ratio of 1:5, the inhibition rate reached 45.39%. Matrine trypsin inhibitory rate increased with the increase of the concentration, trypsin and the molar ratio of matrine from 1:1 to 1:2 up to inhibition rate, the increase is more obvious and the molar ratio of from 1:2 to 1:5 to curb the rate of change in more gently.

This experimental phenomena is basically the same when the molar ratio of matrine and trypsin is 2:1. At this ratio, the UV spectra difference is the largest. While,  the trypsin absorption value around absorption peak near 280 nm has no obvious change with higher ratio.

The speculation of no more change in secondary structure has been confirmed, which might be that the interaction of matrine and trypsin is close to saturation at the time.

The inhibitory rate of matrine trypsin increased with the increase of the concentration. The inhibition rate increased more obviously when the molar ratio of trypsin and matrine goes up from 1:1 to 1:2, while the inhibition rate changed gently when the molar ratio is between 1:2 to 1:5.
