美国二月份是不是放假啊? 我投的Optics Letters 都过去1个多礼拜了,还没有任何反映啊 Due to the unusually large snowfall accumulations over the past week, the OSA headquarters in Washington DC has been closed since the afternoon of Friday, February 5th.
