Sorry, no Chinese input on this computer. Have you found the status of your manuscript keeps "submitted to editorial office" before the reviewers' comments come back? This is exactly the case if you log in the ACS system using the following link
https://acs.manuscriptcentral.com/acs

If you use a different link, you may check the details of your manuscript and also the emails from the editors. Take Nano Letters for example, you can visit the following link to check the status
https://acs.manuscriptcentral.com/acs-nl
