小弟刚收到编辑的评审意见，其中有段话不是很懂 希望高人能帮我解释一下。还有如何回复？？？ 不甚感激~！ 如下： In the section of the References,.............................. By the way, I am not completely satisfied with your revisions with respect to this part. Since you do not cite the papers of the Journal you chose, I wonder to know if the issue of this manuscript is related to this Journal, In other words, I think the authors should make an effort to cite the Journal that they have been chosen to publish his paper.
