[交流] 收到录用通知，但其中几项不明白什么意思，请教各位（在线等）

各位兄弟好！前几周收到某杂志的修改意见，心中窃喜！针对修改意见将文章修改（文章修改较大，评审人对文章的结构没有太多意见，可是我自己觉得叙述不清楚，所以将文章的结构作了较大的调整）。评审人共列出5点修改意见，都是较小的修改，比方说公式中的符号，下标，参考文献的出处等。我做了修改后一一列出，写在cover letter中。
文章顺序方面的修改我自己觉得无法列出，所以并没有提。我将文章题目也修改了一下。有一个评审人说了文章的摘要要修改，我就重写了摘要，与原来的相差较大。我也没有一一列出。在我投文章时，我还没有毕业，但现在毕业了，所以我的第一作者单位也变了，我在修改后的文章中变换了作者单位及更换了第二作者（这些我在回复时没有在cover letter中列出，只在文章中修改后以revision paper命名后发给了编辑）。

文章结构（叙述顺序）修改

今天收到了录用通知，其中有以下几项不是很清楚，请教各位
Title:  A Novel *****（这是我没修改后的题目，修改后了和这个不一样了）

I am glad to inform you that the paper is accepted for publication in the International Journal of ***. t will be published in the next available issue of the Journal.  John Wiley & Sons, Inc.,the publisher, will send you the proofs at the appropriate time.

We will look forward to receipt of the final manuscript and would appreciate if it could be sent with all the requested information to the Editor as soon as possible.

In order to complete requirements for publishing, could you please send to ***

1.    A final, Word-formatted electronic version of the complete manuscript including figures, bio and photographs.  Per the publisher, please send Word-formatted only.

2.    Figures should also be sent as separate files in .tif or .eps format (see http://cpc.cadmus.com/da/ for details).  The publisher prefers one of these formats exclusively for figures and photos

3.  A cover letter explaining which changes have been made

4.  A photograph for each of the authors

5.  A brief biography for each of the authors, no more than 150 words

6.  A short title of no more than 42 digits (including punctuation and spaces) that will run atop the odd-numbered pages of the final, published article

7.  A short list of key words to follow your abstract

8.  A filled-out, copyright agreement form (attached); please fax as soon as possible to:

我的问题是
1 前面他说“We will look forward to receipt of the final manuscript ”，而第3点又说“A cover letter explaining which changes have been made”。而我修改的第一稿就是我的最终稿，我已经发给他了，我是不是还要发一遍给他，然后把所有与第一次所投的稿件不同的地方都列出来（包括题目，作者，作者单位等。像文章结构这样我不知道怎么说），还是说我就再发一遍而不用一一列出修改的地方.(我想我把最终稿给他，评审人要看的吧，那他觉得可以是不是就不用我列出了，而且我第一次回复时也给出了修改地方，只是不太详细)。
2 他给出的第6点什么意思，我看不懂啊！
3 他给出的第7点“A short list of key words to follow your abstract ”，我在文章中已经给出了key Word，为什么还要给出？按他的要求我要在什么地方给出，在cover letter中还是我告诉他文章中已经给出了？
4 他给出的第8点，我在他的信的附件中看到了copyright，以往我是打印出签好后用照相机照下来再用邮件发给编辑，但他这里只要求传真，那我能不能还是发给他照片啊？我是不是要问问他给他照片行不行啊？
