Galaxy®系列填料是以具有独特微观孔结构的 PSDVB 微球为基材研制而成的,此类材料与传统的以多糖软胶材料为基材的填料相比,具有耐压性高,在高流速的情况下不会产生变形;有高度耐酸碱稳定性以及很低的传质障碍等诸多优势,是生物大分子纯化分离的理想材料。但其逆水性和非特定性相互作用(non-specific interaction)对研发提出了挑战。本公司采用独创的专有技术通过在其表面镀上一层富羟基膜处理以后,使PSDVB微球变成完全亲水性,彻底去除了非特定性相互作用,而且保持了PSDVB微球所有优异性能。

Galaxy® series filler is made of PSDVB-microsphere-based material with a unique micro-pore structure. Contrasting with tranditional polysaccharide-soft-material-based filler,  this material has many advantages such as high compression resistance, undeformability under high flow rate, high acid/base resistance and low  mass transfer barrier, so it is a perfect material for the purification of biological macromolecules. But it's hydrophobicity and non-specific interaction are a challenge for R & D. By using unique proprietary technology to coat the surface with a layer of hydroxy-rich membrane, the company made PSDVB microsphere completely hydrophilic, removed non-specific interaction throughly, and preserved all the excellent performance of PSDVB microsphere.
