[交流] 有谁见过这样的怪事，郁闷

向国外投一篇文章，结论是小修，按修改意见投稿，等了两个月，结果是reject。附上评语：
The paper was originally rejected by the reviewers and as such new submission does not alter the decision. The paper is not suitable for Journal publication.
我该怎么办？求教各位虫友。
