紧急求助论文摘要翻译【有效期至2010年1月28日】(请专家评议)

方法 将儿科住院部输液治疗患儿226例分为对照组(115例)和观察组(111例)。对照组使用未经处理的留置针及采用常用的穿刺进针角度、送管方法进行穿刺,观察组使用经密闭冷冻10分钟的留置针及采用改进的穿刺进针角度、送管方法进行穿刺。在两组留置针中各随机抽取25根对其外导管表面采样作细菌培养。结果 两组患儿的静脉留置针进针效果、一次穿刺成功率比较,差异有显著性意义(均p<0.01)。两组25例样本培养标本均无菌生长。结论 使用经密闭冷冻过的留置针及采用改进的穿刺进针角度、送管方法可有效预防小儿静脉留置针在夏季使用中折管现象的发生,提高一次穿刺成功率;留置针干燥密闭冷冻10分钟不会造成污染。 [ Last edited by zap65535 on 2010-2-11 at 15:42 ] |

Method Pediatric methods for inpatient treatment of children with 226 transfusion cases were classified into control group (115 cases) and the observation group (111 cases). The untreated control group employed delivery tube puncture with regularly-used indwelling needle into the needle puncture angle. The observation group used the improved method of delivery tube puncture that catheters into the needle puncture angle after a 10-minute closed refrigeration. A comparison was made among the two groups for each randomly selected 25 indwelling needle in the outer surface of catheter sampling for bacterial development. The effect of indwelling intravenous needle into the needle effect, a successful rate of puncture is significantly distinct among the two comparison groups (standard average p <0.01). There remains sterile in two sets of samples of 25 patients with the growth of specimens. Conclusion The utilization of frozen and the improved catheter into the needle puncture results in an effective way in preventing pediatric intravenous catheter during summer and improves the success rate of a puncture. Furthermore, there is no pollution for indwelling needle with dry airtight freezer 10 minutes. |

Furthermore, there is virtually no infection for indwelling needle with 10 minutes freezer. |
