Revision3-strong，strong意味着啥啊！

我的论文第一次初审时，一个同意，一个不同意；第二次好像是主编给审的，下面是意见全文。也是同意接收，但是状态还要求三审，并且写了个strong，啥意思啊！ Pasted below is the reviewer report on your manuscript. There are important points that require careful attention.
