投PRL被拒，可否再投？

圣诞前投的文章PRL，编辑的意见是改投PRSTAB。请问我可否修改后再投PRL？ The above manuscript has been reviewed by our referee(s). A critique drawn from the report(s) appears below. On this basis, we judge that while the work probably warrants publication in some form, it does not meet the Physical Review Letters criteria of impact, innovation, and interest. 审稿人A的意见是：This is potentially an interesting result. However, the presentation of the material is not satisfactory for Physical Review Letters: actually, I feel that only specialists in the field may be able to understand the message and the underlying reasoning. B的意见是：I believe that this manuscript deserves publication somewhere. It should be publishable with minor changes that address my comments. I recommend that the editors return the manuscript to the authors and suggest that it be submitted to PRE or Applied Physics Letters after minor revisions. |
