[交流] 两审稿人意见相左，大修应该注意什么啊

最近投了一个SCI期刊，两审稿人意见很不相同，一正一反，最后编辑给了个大修的机会，让我反驳。问题是，这个据搞的审稿人从根本上否定了这篇论文的核心工作，也把我这篇论文批得一无是处，尽是毛病。关键这篇论文还是我去年发表的一篇SCI论文的后续工作,也引用了自己先前发表的SCI论文。这就意味着，这个拒稿的审稿人也将否定我先前发表的这篇论文的所有工作。面对这样苛刻的审稿人，我还真是第一回碰到，有点郁闷，不知道怎么反驳，请教大家有什么良方啊？
