plos one是sci收录吗？怎么在sci上查不到啊！

| 如题！在学校的sci数据库里面查不到plos one期刊啊，请问他是sci（e）收录吗？我是工科的，投这个文章可以吗？这个版面费可以申请免除吗？被sensors and actuators A托了4个月时间现在撤稿改投这个，我只剩下3个月时间，否则就不能按时毕业了。请问毕业时小论文是看你接收的论文还是看已经发表的？收费的可以吗？ |
