文章被ＥＣ拒，请教如何申请仲裁？？

我前几天发的帖子，关于投稿Electrochemistry Communications的，现在意见回来了，刚好三周。 但是，结果被拒了，两个审稿人。 Reviewer #2: 拒稿。 先说文章做的工作还不错,This subject matter itself is important for ……， The result of ……and analysis of ……are interesting. Unfortunately the reviewer does not think this paper is suitable for urgent publication in this journal. 然后提了四个小问题。 Reviewer #3:修后可发表。 In general this paper has some good measurements. This paper provides some new novelty. Furthermore, the authors have made detailed explanations about the results, thus the paper is recommended to be published after modification. However, the authors should make more reasonable explanations to the questions as follows: 然后也提了四个小问题。 —————————— 但是，编辑直接给拒了。 Your manuscript has been examined by 2 independent referees and their comments are enclosed. The referees judged that your manuscript is not ready for publication and more work is needed. I recommend you prepare a full paper and submit to an appropriate journal. I regret that we are therefore unable to accept your paper for publication in Electrochemistry Communications. —————————— 怎么办？郁闷阿！！ 修了改投别的杂志？ 补实验写全文投别的杂志？（时间紧张） 能提出仲裁申辩吗？ 我的感觉，两个审稿人对论文的评价比较中肯，问题也不是特别尖锐，我是可以解释和说明的。如果说工作做的不全面，但我已经根据初步的试验，得出了一些令人信服的结果和观点，发通讯在新不在多吧？ 我现在的情况是面临毕业，希望早点发表。希望各位有经验的大侠给予指导，能提供详细可行的方案最好，多谢了！金币不够我再续加。 如果申辩的话，大家有没有经历过，如果申辩？需要什么材料？有没有模板阿？ 先拜谢大家的帮忙！！！ [ Last edited by wgj on 2010-1-25 at 15:34 ] |

The decision could be final. Appealing could be one way to get this paper out, but the chance is low. A rejection does not mean your paper is not good enough, sometimes it is because there are too many 'good' papers in the Q. Try another good journal, and maintain your confidence. |
