第五届生物计算及应用国际会议(BIC-TA 2010)

Call for Papers and Invited Sessions Proposals The Fifth International Conference on Bio-Inspired Computing: Theories and Applications(BIC-TA 2010) (23-26,September, 2010 - Hunan University, Changsha, China). http://bic-ta.hnu.cn/ The deadlines are the following: Paper submissions due: Monday 10, May 2010. Notification of acceptance: Saturday 10, July 2010. Revised manuscripts due: Friday 30, July 2010. Authors are invited to submit papers presenting original and unpublished research in any aspect of bio-inspired computing. The topics of the conferences include (but are not limited to): 1. Theories, methodologies and experimental results Neural networks Evolutionary computing and genetic algorithms DNA and molecular computing (including wet-lab results) Membrane computing Biological computing Swarm intelligence Autonomy-oriented computing Cellular and molecular automata 2. Applications Bioinformatics and cheminformatics Computational biology and drug design Systems biology and synthetic biology Computational genomics and proteomics Computational neuroscience Artificial life and artificial immune systems Signal processing and pattern recognition Financial engineering and electronic commerce Data fusion, knowledge discovery and data mining Natural language processing and expert systems Computer security and computer vision Circuit design and signal processing Biological implementation and molecular implementation DNA nanotechnology Web and networks Multi-objective optimisation Publication All accepted papers will be published in IEEE Xplore(NO.16823). Furthermore, extended version of some selected high-quality papers will be published the following SCI or EI indexed journals: Journal of Computational and Theoretical Nanoscience (SCI- indexed , 2008 Impact Factor:1.256) Mathematics and Computers in Simulation (SCI-indexed, 2008 Impact Factor:0.93) Mathematical and Computer Modelling (SCI-indexed, 2008 Impact Factor:1.032 ) MATCH Communications in Mathematical and in Computer Chemistry (SCI-indexed, 2008 Impact Factor: 3.500) Chinese Journal of Computer Organization The organizing committee chair of BIC-TA 2010 was Renfa Li, Hunan University, Changsha, China. The program committee chair of BIC-TA 2009 was Jin Xu, Peking University, Beijing, China. |
