投journal of materials science, 主编给出如下意见，请各位高手提个意见。

2010.1.16投出，然后一直显示under consideration. 今天给出结果，直接reject。编辑意见如下： Dear Author, I have read through your paper and regret to inform you that I am rejecting it without further review. We can only consider manuscripts as Letters to the Journal of Materials Science if they justify Rapid Communication and are in areas where we are presently focusing our attention, This is clear for the present manuscript from the fact that there are no recent references to articles in Journal of Materials Science and so the relevance to the readership is questionable. Barry Carter Editor-in-Chief, Journal of Materials Science 本身文章的reference其实全部为2000-2008时间段内发表在science direct 上的文章。 各位高手帮忙看一下，所有期刊都是如“no recent references to articles in Journal of Materials Science”这样，限定必须有自己的期刊文章么？不会改投一个期刊就得改自己的reference吗？谢谢各位大侠，自己的金币现在有限，等将来发达了（金币多了）再回报大家。 |
