请教个清样校稿问题-送金币

小弟刚有一篇文章被接受，现在到达清样（Proof）校稿阶段。在Query栏，给提出了一个问题“Please check the edit of the sentence",请问这句话是什么意思呢？然后在文章的两句话之间的，也就是一行的尾部给标注了个"Q1”。我想请问各位大侠，这里标注的“Q1”指的是上面这句话还是下面这句话呢。原文如下： To investigate the susceptibil- 261（261代表是第261行） ity of the generated carboxyl surfaces to nonspecific adsorption, 262 a study quantified the nonspecific adsorption of streptavidin 263 using TIRFM via a single-molecule counting approach. Fluores- Q1 264 cence images of carboxyl-terminated surfaces after incubating 265 with streptavidin are shown in Fig. 2. 266 这里是在第264行给标注了"Q1”的，请问是指的编辑上面这句“To investigate the susceptibility of the generated carboxyl surfaces to nonspecific adsorption, a study quantified the nonspecific adsorption of streptavidin using TIRFM via a single-molecule counting approach.”还是指的是编辑后面这句“Fluorescence images of carboxyl-terminated surfaces after incubating with streptavidin are shown in Fig. 2.” 顺便哪位大侠如果看出这两句话哪句话不对，也可以给改正。小弟万分感激！ |

能具体说说吗？应该修改哪里呢？是修改 264行的这句话“using TIRFM via a single-molecule counting approach.”，还是修改“To investigate the susceptibility of the generated carboxyl surfaces to nonspecific adsorption, a study quantified the nonspecific adsorption of streptavidin using TIRFM via a single-molecule counting approach.”或者“Fluorescence images of carboxyl-terminated surfaces after incubating with streptavidin are shown in Figure 2.”万分感激，小弟愿意多发金币。感谢！ |
