| 为了对比高温厌氧发酵与自然厌氧发酵产气性能,在两个12.6L的厌氧发酵罐中并行实验研究了高温厌氧发酵产气过程和自然厌氧发酵产气过程,实验结果表明:其它条件相同时,高温厌氧发酵的平均池容产气率为(0.46m3/m3d),沼气中甲烷平均含量为(52.24%)、二氧化碳平均含量为(43.24%)、硫化氢平均含量为(1705ppm);自然厌氧发酵的平均池容产气率为(0.09 m3/m3d),沼气中甲烷平均含量为(46.10%)、二氧化碳平均含量为(42.94%)、硫化氢平均含量为(1762ppm)。这些结果对新型农村沼气池的建设有重要指导意义 |

| Two parallel 12.6L of bioreactor anaerobic digestors were run to compare the biogas yield of thermophilic and mesophilic anaerobic digestion process. The results showed that the biogas yield in thermophilic bioreactor was 0.46m3/m3d, and the average content of methane, CO2 and H2S was 52.24%, 43.24% and 1705 ppm, respectively. In contrast, the biogas yield in mesophilic bioreactor was 0.09m3/m3d, and the average content of methane, CO2 and H2S was 46.10%, 42.94% and 1762 ppm, respectively. The data obtained is of potential value in the construction of new-type biogas reactors in rural area in China. |

| In order to investigate the effect of gas production in anaerobic fermentation by high temperature ( but which temperature?) and ambient temperature, two anaerobic fermentation tank of 12.6 L was used in parallel during the anaerobic fermentation process. The results showed that the average volumetric gas production rate could be 0.46 m3/(m3*d), with the average content of methane, carbon dioxide and sulfureted hydrogen being 52.24%, 43.24% and 1705ppm respectively in high temperature anaerobic fermentation, compared with 0.09 m3/(m3*d) of average volumetric gas production rate, 46.10%, 42.94% and 1762ppm of the average content of methane, carbon dioxide and sulfureted hydrogen respectively in ambient temperature fermentation. This study could be an important guidance in the construction of new-type biogas generating pit in countryside. |
