| 研究碳铵用量对RE2(CO3)3浸出过程的影响时,控制搅拌强度为70r/min,反应温度为50℃,碳铵用量分别为理论用量的1.4、1.5、1.6、1.7倍。实验结果表明,在同一反应时间下RE2(CO3)3的浸出率随着碳铵用量的增大而增大,在同一碳铵用量下RE2(CO3)3的浸出率随着反应时间的增加而增加(如表2所示)。将实验结果用固膜内扩散模型进行处理,如图5所示。 |

| When the effect of the amount of ammonium bicarbonate on the leaching process of RE2(CO3)3 was studied, the stirring rate was 70r/min, the reaction temperature was 50 ℃, and the amount of ammonium bicarbonate is 1.4, 1.5, 1.6 and 1,7 times more than the theoretical value, respectively. It was demonstrated that the leaching rate of RE2(CO3)3 increased with increasing amount of ammonium bicarbonate, and also increased with increasing time at the same amount of ammonium bicarbonate (Table 2). The results were dealed with using solid membrane diffusion model, which are shown in Fig.5. |
