In order to study the influence of the agitation level to the leaching process of RE2 (CO3) 3 , the optimal ammonium bicarbonate concentration actually should be controlled 1.5 times than theoretical, the reaction temperature is 50 ¡æ, reaction time is 7h, the agitation level respectively is 30,50,70 , 90,110 r / min, extraction results shown in Figure 3. |

2. As is seen in the picture 3, when the stirring speed is less than 70r/min, the leaching rate of RE2 (CO3) 3 increases with the stirring speed increases; while when the stirring speed is greater than 70r/min, the leaching rate of RE2 (CO3) 3 hardly increases with the change in stirring speed, stirring speed on leaching rate is no longer affected. Which shows that the Diffusion of Liquid Film on the reaction have already eliminated , stirring as a variable can be ignored. However, Diffusion as a reaction rate-determining step can not be eliminated [3], hence the reaction zone step into the dynamics, the leaching process can only be controlled by the chemical reaction (Eq. (6)), the Diffusion of solid membrane (Eq. (7) ), or a mixture of both(Eq. (8)). |

In order to test the effect of agitation intensity on lixiviation of RE(CO3)3, the quantity of teschemacherite should be 1.5 times higher than theoretical level; the reaction temperature is 50¡æ; reaction time is 7hr; the intensities of agitation are 30,50,70 , 90,110 r / min respectively. All results were shown in figure 3. As shown in figure 3, the ratio of lixiviation of RE2(CO3)3 was increased with the increasing speed of agitation while the agitation speed was less than 70r/min; the results that no difference on lixiviation was found while the agitation speed is over 70r/min confirmed that the agitation was no longer a factor for lixiviation. Therefore we can ignore the effect of agitation by eliminating the solution film diffusion on reaction. However, it cannot be eliminated as a speed control process of reaction [3], so at the time of the reaction enter the zone of dynamics, the process of lixiviation was controlled by chemical reaction (Eq.
