摘要:抗菌肽是有机生物体用来抵制外来入侵病原体,具有抗菌作用的一类小分子蛋白质,是很多种生物先天性非特异性防御系统的重要组分,具有抗生素无可比拟的优点,是当前抗生素较为理想的替代品。实践表明,基因工程抗菌肽表达技术是大量获得抗菌肽最为经济、科学的有效途径。抗菌肽的表达目前主要以大肠杆菌和酵母表达系统为主,针对近年来抗菌肽开发的策略和实践,本文就大肠杆菌表达系统和酵母表达系统,进行了简要综述,以期为抗菌肽的应用和推广提供参考。

Abstract: antimicrobial peptides are a unique and diverse group of small molecular proteins which are an evolutionarily conserved component of the innate immune response. Nowadays, the antimicrobial peptides are found to be advantageous over conventional antibiotics and evolving to be an alternative for antibiotics. Many practices have proven that genetic engineering expression of antimicrobial peptides is the most cost-effective and desirable way of producing antimicrobial peptides. Currently, the gene expression of antimicrobial peptides is mainly done by use of E. coli and yeast expression system. This paper reviewed research progress on the expression system of E.coli and yeast in terms of the development strategy and application of antimicrobial peptides, aiming at providing an reference for the development and production of antimicrobial peptides.
