| 1.1目前,包头稀土矿主要的处理工艺是浓硫酸焙烧法,虽然该工艺为我国稀土事业做了巨大的贡献,但是依然存在资源浪费,环境污染等问题。为了解决这些问题,我们从稀土浓硫酸焙烧矿(稀土主要是以RE2(SO4)3形式存在)着手,考虑用碳铵和氨水对其进行浸出处理,然后综合回收各种资源。本文主要研究用碳铵和氨水对稀土浓硫酸焙烧矿进行浸出处理的动力学,以便找出浸出过程中的控制步骤,为以后的研究提供理论基础。 |

At present, the main treatment technique of Baotou rare earth is sulfuric acid roasting method. Although this technique make great contribution to rare earth Business of our country, some problems still exist,such as resoures waste,environment pollution and so on. In order to deal with these problems, we start from the sulfuric acid roasting of rare earth(the rare earth exists as (RE2(SO4)3), and consider to treat it through leaching process with ammonium carbonate and ammoniae, then recover all kinds of resources. This article mainly study the dynamics of the leaching treatment to the sulfuric acid roasting using ammonium carbonate and ammoniae, so as to find the control step of the leaching process and provide the theoretical basis for the future study. 不是本专业,有可能不太准确 |
