100金币求一处方工艺翻译

俺没看过处方工艺的英语东西，中文的也是第一次接触，有同志们帮忙一下，若是翻译的好，金币或其他报酬好商量。 氯化钠注射液处方工艺 规格：10ml:90mg 一、处方：1000支的处方量 氯化钠 90g 注射用水 加至 10L 共制的 1000支 二、操作步骤： 1、取总配料量90%的注射用水（即9L注射用水），加入配料罐中，水温控制在80-100℃之间，加入处方量的氯化钠，搅拌溶解，加入0.9g注射用活性炭，80-90℃保温搅拌20分钟，冷却至50-60℃，加注射液用水（水温要求在50-60℃）至全量，搅匀，药液温度在50-60℃保温； 2、将上述药液经5um的钛棒过滤脱碳，经规格为0.22um的聚醚砜微孔滤膜过滤至可见异物符合规定，取样测含量及pH（含量控制在97.0-103.0%之间，pH控制在5.0-6.0之间，若超出此范围，调节情况见说明2.3），然后用三合一设备制瓶、灌装、封口（注：塑料瓶上不印批号、品名等），装量为10.5ml。于115℃，30分钟流通蒸汽灭菌得成品。 3、包装：将灭完菌的样品50-300支不等，装在一塑料袋中，袋口密封，然后装在一结实的能承受运输的纸箱中即可。 说明： 1、生产环境： 配药、制瓶、灌装，封口要求在万级洁净区，灭菌、包装在普通区即可。 2、pH若超出此范围，则用0.1mol/L盐酸溶液或者0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节至此范围内。 3、含量若超出此范围，则进行补水补料调节。 4、生产时间要求： 要求从配料到灌装完毕不超过4小时，灌装完毕到灭菌完毕不超过2小时。 5、氯化钠、注射用水、活性炭质量标准见附页。 6、可见异物检查方法见“可见异物检查法（附录Ⅸ H）”。 7、含量测定方法见氯化钠注射液质量标准。 8、装量检查法见“附录ⅠB注射剂”。 |

氯化钠注射液处方工艺Prescription and process of sodium chloride injection规格：10ml:90mg Specification ：10ml:90mg 一、处方Prescription：1000支的处方量amount for 1000 injections 氯化钠 sodium chloride 90g 注射用水sterilized water 加至 10L 共制的 1000支 二、操作步骤：Process details 1、取总配料量90%的注射用水（即9L注射用水），加入配料罐中，水温控制在80-100℃之间，加入处方量的氯化钠，搅拌溶解，加入0.9g注射用活性炭，80-90℃保温搅拌20分钟，冷却至50-60℃，加注射液用水（水温要求在50-60℃）至全量，搅匀，药液温度在50-60℃保温； 1、Add 90 percent of the total amount of sterilized water (about 9L ) into the jars with a controlled water temperature from 80-100℃,then add sodium chloride with an amount indicated in the prescription and have them stirred to dissolve. Add 0.9g active carbon for injection and keep the temperature in the interval 80-90℃ for 20 min. Then cool the water to 50-60℃ and add sterilized water to the full amount at constant temperature. Keep stirring while adding the water and ensure a controlled drug liquid temperature from 50 to 60℃. 2、将上述药液经5um的钛棒过滤脱碳，经规格为0.22um的聚醚砜微孔滤膜过滤至可见异物符合规定，取样测含量及pH（含量控制在97.0-103.0%之间，pH控制在5.0-6.0之间，若超出此范围，调节情况见说明2.3），然后用三合一设备制瓶、灌装、封口（注：塑料瓶上不印批号、品名等），装量为10.5ml。于115℃，30分钟流通蒸汽灭菌得成品。 2. Decarbonize the as-prepared drug liquid by filtering through the 5 um titanium stick. Filter the liquid through polyethersulphone micro-hole membrane with 0.22 specification to the degree that the visible impurities are within allowance. Sampling the drug liquid and measuring the concentration and PH value (concentration controlled in between 97.0-103.0%, PH value controlled in between 5.0-6.0, if failed, adjustment details see indication 2.3). Then use the three-in-one equipment to produce bottles and fill 10.5ml liquid into the bottle and seal the bottle (PS: batch number and drug name not seen in the plastic bottle.) Flow steam gas with temperature 115 for 30 min for sterilization before the finished products are obtained. 3、包装：将灭完菌的样品50-300支不等，装在一塑料袋中，袋口密封，然后装在一结实的能承受运输的纸箱中即可。 Package: Store the sterilized sample with specification from 50-300 injection into a plastic bag and sealed the mouth of the bag, then put it into a solid cardboard box for shipment. 说明：Indication 1、生产环境：Process environment 配药、制瓶、灌装，封口要求在万级洁净区，灭菌、包装在普通区即可。 Dosage, bottle making , filling and sealing are required in the ten-thousand level purity. Sterilization and package are not under such restriction. 2、pH若超出此范围，则用0.1mol/L盐酸溶液或者0.1mol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节至此范围内。 2. In case the PH value exceeds the requirement, adjust them into required scope by adding 0.1mol/L HCl solution or 0.1mol/L NaOH solution. 3、含量若超出此范围，则进行补水补料调节。 3. In case the concentration exceeds the requirement, adjust the concentration by adding water or stoichiometric ingredients. 4、生产时间要求：The requirement for process time 要求从配料到灌装完毕不超过4小时，灌装完毕到灭菌完毕不超过2小时。 It is required not more than 4h from preparing ingredients to finishing the filling. From the end of filling to the finish sterilization, the time should not be exceed 2 h. 5、氯化钠、注射用水、活性炭质量标准见附页。 5.
