materials science and engineering B的投稿问题

杂志发来的邮件内容是这样：Your submission has been received by Materials Science and Engineering B. However we have noticed that you have not completed the Prime Novelty Statement as required. Please log onto Elsevier Editorial System as an Author: http://ees.elsevier.com/msb/ 1. Go to the menu item "Additional Information". 2. Include the Prime Novelty Statement as equired. 3. Approve the changes made, or if needed, Edit again. 在杂志系统中我找到Additional Information菜单，但只发现一个Unavailable Dates按钮可以用，而这个按钮根本就不是上传东西的。我以为他是说我创新陈述没写好，所以就改了重新在上传系统里上传了，结果一个礼拜后，这个邮件又重新发给我了，一模一样的内容，我就晕了，不知道他到底啥意思？ |
