It has key courses of microelectronics: solid-state electronic theory, microelectronic devices and principles, integrated circuit design, micro-electronics processing, etc. It is mainly engaged in IC design, MEMS sensors and other relative research: analog and digital integrated circuit design, MEMS sensors, MEMS micro-energy technologies and wireless sensor network system development and applications, etc. It has published over 100 research papers in recent years.
