| add 3ml of boron trifloride/methanol (3mol/L) into capped tube containing samples to be determined and stir. Then incubate the tube in water bath at 70~75℃ for 10 minutes (during which methyl esterification takes place). Add 0.5ml n-hexane and extract after it cooled. Finally, the upper organic phase is subjected to gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis. |
