本项目基于一种典型的热力学非混溶体系—铝-铅二元体系而导致的界面结合困难性,以改善其界面结合状况及稳定性,提高其应用于湿法冶金电解有色金属用新型层状复合电极材料的电化学性能、力学稳定性、耐蚀性能,降低在此应用时的槽电压、电极内阻、改善电流分布为目标而进行的研究与实践。是金属学、电化学、湿法冶金交叉学科领域的紧密结合,理论研究与产品开发创新的紧密结合。属于应用基础研究。
    本项目的主要内容是第三组元的选择依据及其在铝、铅材料中的扩散机制,对铝-铅层状复合电极材料界面结合状态的影响机制及界面稳定性的调控技术,对铝-铅层状复合电极材料界面微观结构的影响及其与材料力学、物理、电化学性质的关联性等。通过研究,对形成界面的元素扩散方向、温度、时间等约束的共性实质和分类的因素等,提出了一些新的见解,为制备液固成型复合材料和消除界面结合缺陷及不稳定性的途径提供了有价值的依据。将研究成果应用于工程实践和人才培养,取得了一定的社会经济效益,申请国家发明专利9项,在国内学术刊物上发表论文16篇,其中有3篇被SCI、EI收录。通过此项研究,对界面理论及技术的完善与拓展,并为制备其他非混溶体系材料提供了理论依据。

This project is proposed to tackle the interface integration difficulty in the Al-Pb binary system, which is a typical thermodynamic immiscible system. The project is aimed at improving the interface integration condition and stability of Al-Pb composites, enhancing the electrochemical behavior, mechanical stability, corrosion resisting property of such binary system when used as the brand-new composite electrode material for hydrometallurgically electrolyzing non-ferrous metals. Meanwhile, the project is also supposed to decrease the electrolyzer voltage and electrode resistance, improving the electric distribution. This project is a close combination of metallography, electrochemistry and hydrometallurgy; it is also a close combination of theoretic research and product development. This project falls in the scope of fundamental research.

The project mainly focuses on the selective basis of the third component as well as its diffusive mechanism; the acting mechanism on the Al-Pb laminated composite electrode material as well as the modifying technology for the interface stability; the influence on the microstructure of Al-Pb laminated electrode composite electrode material as well as the correlation among material mechanics, physics and electrochemistry. Based on our research, some novel opinions are raised upon the common nature of the diffusive direction, temperature and time of interface elements and classification factors, providing value basis for preparing liquid-solid-formation materials and approaches to eliminating the defects and instability in the integration of interfaces. The research achievements were applied in the engineering practice and talents training and gained certain degree social and economic benefits, for example, 9 national invention patents were applied and 16 papers were published in domestic academic journals with 3 cited by SCI and/or EI. By this research, the theory and technology of interface were perfected and broaden and further provided theoretical basis for making other type immiscible system materials.
