In our opinion, under the action of supersonic, sodium azide could possibly generate free radicals or produce free radicals when reacted with water. As a result, DPCI was thus oxidated and a great deal of DPCO was created. However, 1O2 was not quenched and on the contrary lots of DPCO was consequently produced.
