基于引线键合系统压电换能器（PZT）的自传感特性，以超声波发生器电信号作为检测键合质量的信息载体，研究了超声电信号的特征提取方法以及在质量检测方面的应用。 Based on self-sensing characteristics of piezoelectric transducer (PZT) of the wire bonding system, using the electrical signal from the ultrasonic generator supply as the information carrier for detecting the bonding quality, this paper research the feature extraction method of ultrasonic electrical signals and application in bonding quality detection. |
