【求助】重金属检测试验中的几个问题

各位同学，我写了一篇文章投到国外的杂志上，返回的意见中有涉及到化学实验的一些问题。我的文章中有一块涉及到食品中的重金属检测。现将国外杂志的返回意见列在下方，请各位高手给以指点~~ 10.
