[交流] 3个月的稿件给拒了，郁闷啊

投递了一篇文章，三个月了，还是被锯掉了，就只有一个审稿人，前几天我催了一下，编辑说还在等第二个，第三个审稿人，怎么回事，那两个审稿人还没有消息呢，这就给锯掉了呢？但是审稿人没有给出拒稿的话语，编进仅仅是根据审稿人提出的问题比较多而已，所以给据掉了，我还有希望能修改好之后再继续投递这个杂志稿件吗？请给帮忙出出主意。
