| 图1是热分解法制得的不同温度煅烧下得到的氮掺杂的TiO2的XRD谱图。由图谱中可以看出，经过煅烧的催化剂都出现了纳米TiO2尖锐的衍射峰，几种主要的衍射峰2θ值分别为25.4 º、37.9 º、48.0 º和53.9 º，与锐钛矿结构的标准谱图对比，各自对应于锐钛矿结构中(101)，(004)，(200)，(105)晶面的衍射。这表明所制得的样品都为锐钛矿型TiO2 。从图中也可以看出随着煅烧温度的升高，缝宽逐渐变窄，峰形逐渐变得尖锐，表明锐钛矿的晶型也越来越完全。在XRD谱图中在27.5 º和54.5 º左右没有出现明显强烈的衍射峰，说明所制得的样品中基本没有金红石相，说明氮的引入并没有引起TiO2催化剂晶型的变化。 |

As can be seen from the figure, after calcinations of nano-TiO2 catalysts there exist sharp diffraction peaks. Several major diffraction peaks 2θ values were 25.4 º, 37.9 º, 48.0 º and 53.9 º, corresponding to (101), (004), (200), (105) crystal plane diffraction, respectively, in comparison with the standard spectra. 这表明所制得的样品都为锐钛矿型TiO2 。从图中也可以看出随着煅烧温度的升高，缝宽逐渐变窄，峰形逐渐变得尖锐，表明锐钛矿的晶型也越来越完全。在XRD谱图中在27.5 º和54.5 º左右没有出现明显强烈的衍射峰，说明所制得的样品中基本没有金红石相，说明氮的引入并没有引起TiO2催化剂晶型的变化。 This indicates that the prepared samples are anatase TiO2. As can be seen from the graph as the calcination temperature, the shape of narrow peak gradually becomes sharpened, indicating that anatase increase crystal formation. In the XRD spectra at 27.5 º and 54.5 º there is no apparent strong diffraction peaks, indicating that the samples obtained have no rutile phase, which implies that the introduction of nitrogen does not modify the TiO2 catalyst. |
