本人两个月前收到审稿人的第二次意见,要求如下:
Reviewers' comments:

Revision of the manuscript is insufficient. In order to make the observed anomalous variation of luminescence linewidth a more general phenomenon and the explanation for this to be valid, the authors must grow another InAs QD sample with slightly different emission properties and fabricate photonic crystal nanocavities.

In my first report I have actually suggested this. In the current revised manuscript the only change made is the study of another photonic crystal nanocavity with the same parameters and fabricated from the same wafer as the first one and a more extended speculation about the origin of the observed anomalous variation of luminescence linewidth, which lacks direct experimental evidence. Therefore, as stated before, the revision of this manuscript is insufficient.
本来我是不同意审稿人的意见,但是没有办法,只能按照他的要求做.但是现在由于设备坏了,短期内不能做实验,然而我马上又要毕业,没有时间再做实验了,同时又希望编辑能发表我的这篇文章.我将回复信写在如下:

Thank you very much for your useful comments and suggestions on our manuscript.
We have considered your comments carefully, and have been doing further experiments and clarifying our idea accordingly, and have completed the growth of material and EBL. However, we greatly regret to say the experiment was suspended for the limit of the inductively coupled plasma system at present. The further experiments will be performed in the future, and the relevant results will be given in our forthcoming publications.
Thank you very much for your help. We are looking forward to hearing from you soon.

这样回答不一定有效.
解决方法:1.按审稿意见补充,自己没时间,请师弟妹或者别人在试验条件具备的实验室作(自己掏钱?),如果自己的老板善解人意,通情达理,可以跟老板说,让他帮忙跟别的实验室或外校打招呼
2.找理由找证据证明自己的内容正确合理,或者撤掉一部分内容和结论(这部分内容和结论是与审稿人所要求必须补做试验相关的),但是这样文章的力度是否还够.
可能还有别的办法.

自己的工作如果做的很充分,不仓促,就不会有这些麻烦事
