一个审稿人意见找不到

| 文章本来是小修，修改出去回来的消息是说一个审稿人的意见没答复，但是当时该审稿人没审稿意见，Reviewer #3: No comments submitted. 修改稿的审稿意见中编辑提到“The Editor had some difficulty downloading R3's comments on certain computers and no problem on others. If the authors cannot see R3's comment, they should contact ASCE to find a work-around.” 是不是他们系统有问题啊，第3个审稿人的意见有时候看不到，我写信问了也还没回复，这种情况一般怎么办？ |
