现在不是很清楚了，个人觉得楼主既然能写英文文章，为什么不投国外的杂志呢？

CHINESE J POLYM SCI杂志属于化学行业，“高分子科学”子行业的偏低级别杂志。投稿难度评价：影响因子偏低，但是接稿量不是很大，审稿周期偏长，但容易发表。审稿速度较慢，6周-12周，总i评：相对冷门，关注人不多。

The Chinese Journal of Polymer Science was published from 1983 to the end of 1985 under the title Polymer Communications. As official journal of the Polymer Division of the Chinese Chemical Society the journal is published bimonthly in English and edited by a distinguished editorial board.
