In line with telluride mineralogy, mineral intergrowth combination and the precipitating rule of telluride, telluride prefers to form natural Te with the gradual decrease in fugacity of Te as well as the decrease in temperature. Te then combines Au to be AuTe. Afterwards, Te combines Pb, Bi and Ag to form the corresponding individual telluride of PbTe, BiTe, AgTe.
