elsevier提交了Responses to technical check results后的顺序问题

elsevier的在线投稿上说： Item files should be placed in the following order: Covering Letter Manuscript Tables (if any) Figures (if any) Supplementary Material (if any) 但是我按照编辑说的上传了Responses to technical check results，这一部分就跑到了cover letter和manuscript之间了，怎么调顺序也没用，调过去他又变回来，这个response难道不应该算supplementary material吗，不是要放在最后吗 |
