[交流] 是不是真还没开始审稿??

之前投到了EST上,11月11号投的,第二天回信说给了编辑,现在一直就没消息,当时信件里说要签Ethics form.但是以前投其他杂志都是中了才签的,所以没管.那天看状态,过了两个月了都还是Submitted to Editorial Office ,但是点了下VIEW MANUSCRIPT文章没有了COVER LETTER还在, 我现在搞不清楚是不是没有审稿啊??有没有清楚的啊?
信件说:

是不是可以保证不要先签呀？

这里说的很清楚，没收到不审稿。。。楼主最好确认一下，还是签一下寄去保险。
