编辑说还不满足要求，但又没说明何处没满足要求，改如何回信吗？

第一次收到回复，还没给编辑回过信。不知道怎么称呼，如何说些客气的话呢？大家帮帮我！他留的名字是姓还是名呢，我怕称呼错了不太好，在线等。200912.31 另我把论文和图按要求改好提交了，6天后（今天2010年1月6日）收到回信，说仍不满足要求，但又没说哪里没有满足要求，怎么办？大家看看是什么意思！ Thanks for resubmitting your manuscript to “the journal”. However it still does not meet the journal's desired standard. We regret to inform you that we cannot admit the manuscript into the formal peer review process.
