For further investigate the properties of tto, growing large enough single crystals for various experimental measurements is very important. In this paper, we report that a large size and high-quality tto single crystal was successfully grown by the optical floating zone method for the first time.

In this paper, we report that a large-sized and high-quality Zn2TiO4 single crystal was successfully grown by the optical floating zone method for the first time.
