| Spinel Tto has a face-centered cubic unit cell, belong to space group Fd-3m with a=0.84608 nm[17].The phase diagram of Tto (ZnO-TiO2 system) has been established by Dulin and Rase[16], who reported that there are two compounds: spinel-type Tto and the illuminate-type ZnTiO3. ZnTiO3 is stable from room temperature to about 1220 K. At temperatures near 1220 K, the ZnTiO3 is separated into Tto and TiO2.While the spinel-type Tto is stable from room temperature to its liquid temperature (about 1822 K). |
