目的：分析市售白矾不合格原因，寻找解决办法。 方法：对不同来源的10批市售白矾进行了全检，并建立分光光度法测定白矾中铁含量的方法。 结果：铁盐定性检查不符合规定，导致市售10批白矾全部不符合药典标准。 结论:有利于保障临床用药。 Objective: To analyse the unqualified causes of Alum and to search the resolve methods. Method: 10 lots Alum from different sources in market were wholely examined, and the spectrophotometry method of iron content determination in Alum was established.
