大家好，我是做优化的，刚刚投到国外一SCI杂志，结果7天就被拒了，下面是评审意见，大家帮忙给解释一下，谢谢啦！ Comments for the Author: The numerical section of this paper needs to be further developed to meet current journal standards. The standard test set for comparing the performance of algorithms is the CUTEr test problems. You need to test using much larger problems from this test set. Also, comparisons need to be given with standard algorithms to see how your method compares. In making comparisons, you should consider the number of function and gradient evaluations to achieve a given error tolerance. Once the numerical section of your paper is developed along these lines, your paper can be resubmitted as a new manuscript and it will be sent out for review. Thank you. 如果修改以后，大家建议继续投该杂志还是投其它杂志啊？ |
