Your paper has been reviewed with the aid of independent reviewers. Their comments are attached for your consideration. According to these comments and my own critical reading I am afraid the paper is not suitable for publication in Polymer. However, you might consider submitting a new manuscript after some considerable working over, taking into account the comments of the reviewers. When submitting the revised manuscript, please add a file as "Supporting Information (not for publication)", which contains your answers to the reviewers' comments. Do not include these comments into the Cover Letter. I can only process the revised manuscript if the answers to the reviewer's comments are added in this way. In the submission field "Author Comments" and in your cover letter please state that this is a resubmission, including the number of the original manuscript. Thank you for considering Polymer for publishing your work. I am sorry I have not been able to accept it this time.
