投Energy Conversion and Management问题急需帮忙！

本人前日投Energy Conversion and Management一篇文章，可连投两次均被退回， 极为郁闷！！！ 以下是编辑的第一封信： Thank you for submitting the paper entitled "*********" to Energy Conversion and Management for consideration. Your submission has been checked, and it has been determined that all the requirements of submission have not been met. Please revise your submission by fulfilling the following requirements: Delete the cover letter. We neither need nor require a cover letter. This is the same information you provided in the Author Comments section. Where is your Checklist for New Submissions? A self-created checklist is not what the instructions tell you to send. I suggest you read the instructions. If you do not send the Checklist for New Submissions, the paper cannot be considered for publication in Energy Conversion and Management. You also need to read the instructions so that you can send the paper in the proper format. You are reminded of the acceptable formats prior to submitting the paper. We ask that you allow us 210 days to conclude the review process. If you would like to re-submit, please send only two files: (1) the Checklist for New Submissions in one file and (2) the complete editable manuscript including all text, figures and tables in the other file not to exceed 1.0 MB. When ready, please re-submit the paper at: http://ees.elsevier.com/ecm/ 由于第一次投不明白 Checklist ，且以为原稿格式不太重要，所以被退回。 于是将双倍行距、单栏排版与12pt字均作了修改；同时，也在投稿系统中下载了 ecmchecklist文件，然后再投。可又被退回！这次编辑的口气更加强硬，甚至出现轻蔑之词，可谁让咱不明白呢！下面是编辑的第二封信： Thank you for submitting the paper entitled "********" to Energy Conversion and Management for consideration. Please revise your submission by fulfilling the following requirements: If you are neither willing nor able to follow the instructions I wrote in my letter, then I cannot help you. If you do not understand what I have written, you should ask your co-authors to help you, or perhaps an administrative person on the technical staff of your University or even a teenage person can often help. If you do not send the submission in the correct format the next time which will be the third time, I will delete the submission without comment and it cannot be considered for publication in Energy Conversion and Management. If you want to submit it correctly, you must read the complete letter I sent you. Otherwise, you are wasting my time and your time. If you would like to try again for the third and last time, you can re-submit the paper at: http://ees.elsevier.com/ecm/ 不知我哪做的有问题，在弄错就太丢人了！恳请高手帮帮我！！！ 下附Checklist for New Submissions， 另外，投稿上传时Checklist for New Submissions是word文件，原稿是pdf，不知是否有问题？ 期待中！！！！！！！！！！！！ |

Your manuscript will be considered incomplete unless all the below requirements have been met. Please initial each step to confirm.
