楼上的有人说“这个Under review应该是副主编再审。”这可能和期刊不同有关吧，我想我的期刊应该不是这类，理由是编辑给correponding author发了email，信中说到“ If this is a new submission of your manuscript, we will be sending your manuscript out for refereeing to two referees. We hope the process will be completed within 60 days from the date of this notice. > > If you are submitting a Revised manuscript with of major revisions decision, your manuscript might be sent to the original referees for a 2nd round of review before a final decision. We hope the process will be completed within 30 days from the date of this notice.“ |
